Book has general handling wear which would generally allow on this book, for a grade of VF/VF+. Unfortunately the handling wear on the back cover is a little more intense with some deep folds and wrinkling which have caused a 2" tear in a half circle shape (located near the bottom right hand corner of the back cover)
