Small split at the bottom of the spine on the front cover

Very minor length wise on front cover from the top of the cover to about the middle of the cover

Some minor edge wear on the outside edge of the front cover

Very last page of the book is torn around the top staple (staples don't go through the covers as the book is square bound)

For a book from 1964, it's a gorgeous mid-high grade book. It lays flat and presents extremely well. If not for the split on the spine the book would easily grade VF/VF+
