Manufacturing defect, the book was printed with no top staple (no visible staple holes on the center page). As it's a manufacturing defect this generally is not considered damage to the book and doesn't affect the grading of the book.
Pages 10 & 11 have a 3" fold along the top corner. The folds were flattened and the book was put back into it's bag and board, but the folds will still be present
The top edges of both front and back cover have some edge wear including the smallest of tears near the spine on the front cover
