Due to the paper used in the printing, the inside pages of the book are a bit "wrinkly" (not really another word to describe it). It's not a defect, the book has suffered no damage, no humidity damage, no water damage, the pages are just "wrinkly". The pages could lay flat with a bit of pressure (under a heavy book) or a possible press, but pressing on this type of paper is a little bit harder and should not be attempted without prior experience or knowledge in the practice.
