Pages 33/34-35/36 are connected at the bottom of the page (have not been separated, the pages were printed as one and not completely separated at the bottom)
Pages 37/38-39/40 had the same problem as noted above, but WERE separated at some point by a reader. They were not separated cleanly, leaving a tear at the bottom of page 39/40
